Hotel Check-in/check-out times
The hotel check-in time begins at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time ends at 12:00 a.m. the next day.
Early arrival (before 12:00 a.m.)
It is possible to check-in early free of charge. The decision, however, is made at the reception desk, where the availability of rooms is checked. If you wish to arrive earlier we are happy to store your luggage free of charge until the moment the room is available.
Late check-out (after 12:00 a.m.)
There is a possibility to check-out late for an additional charge. The decision, however, is made at the reception desk, where such possibility is checked.
Service included in the room prices
The price of the room include stay and breakfast buffet. The reduction of the room prices is not possible in case of the resignation of breakfast.
Breakfast buffet hours
Breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
Restaurant opening hours
The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
Early check-out before breakfast is served
If you plan to check-out early before 6:30 a.m., it is possible to order take-away breakfast (dry provision). It is necessary to make the request the day before the departure.
Children’s stay
Children under 6 (occupying parents’ bed) – the stay is free of charge, the cost of the breakfast is reduced to 50%.
The disabled
A room accessible to the disabled guests is available.
Animals’ stay
Pets are allowed for a charge of 40 PLN/24 hrs. The owner must follow the hotel’s policy on keeping pets in the rooms.
Valuables
It is advisable to storage money, jewellery or any objects of high value in the safe at the reception.
Items left behind in hotel rooms
Items left behind can be sent to the owner to the given address. The owner covers the shipping price. In order to receive the belongings the guest has to make such a request.
